On July 30, 2018, Phibro Animal Health Corporation issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share on its Class A common stock and Class B common stock, payable on September 26, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2018.
